On our call, we’ll chat through your project, your vision, and what you’re hoping to achieve, and I’ll suggest the package that suits you best. Kyboozi Design Studio usually books up about a month ahead, so be sure to lock in your spot early.
We offer three tiered branding packages designed to suit various brand needs and budgets. Each package includes comprehensive branding essentials. If you opt for a website addition, we provide a custom-branded site, ensuring you confidently progress in your business journey. For service-based businesses, we design websites through the user-friendly Squarespace platform, allowing easy post-launch updates. E-commerce brands benefit from our Shopify expertise. Additionally, we provide packaging, social media, and VIP Design Day options tailored to efficiently address your design needs.

Most logo and brand projects take 2–4 weeks, depending on the scope and website projects take between 3–6 weeks from start to launch, depending on the size of the site and how quickly you are able to provide us with feedback.
If you're on a tight timeline, let us know and we may be able to accommodate a faster turnaround.

I create bespoke invitation designs for both children’s and adults’ events, tailored to suit any occasion. Simply share your theme or desired style, and I’ll take care of the rest, delivering beautifully designed pieces that set the perfect tone for your celebration.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to hold a spot without a deposit. To secure your project, a non-refundable deposit is required. Once your deposit is received, I reserve dedicated time in my schedule exclusively for your project turning away other clients to focus on your project.
To reserve your place in my calendar, most projects begin with a 40–50% non-refundable deposit.
I know that branding is a big investment so we also offer payment plans for some packages to make things more manageable - just ask when enquiring.
Additional Fees not included that may be applicable to your project:
- Additional revision rounds (beyond the two rounds included in each package)
- Font licenses
- Brand photography and image sourcing
- Printing fees
- Copywriting
- Advanced SEO (basic SEO is included in the website package)
- Website hosting and domain registration fees
- Apps or plugins for your website may require a monthly subscription
- Shopify and Squarespace subscriptions are not including in website packages.
Yes! We offer additional design services and support after your project is complete.
You can hire us by the hour, per project. Just reach out to discuss your needs.

We believe that building a successful brand requires more than just a single logo, it’s about telling your full brand story through a cohesive set of designs that truly represent who you are.
A logo is a single visual mark, usually a symbol or stylised text, that represents your business. It's important, but it's just one piece of the puzzle.
A brand identity starts with your logo and its variations, designed to ensures your brand stays consistent and recognisable, no matter where it appears.

But a strong identity is much more than that. It includes your colour palette, typography, supporting graphics, layout systems, and overall visual language. All these elements work together to create a unified, professional look across every brand touchpoint, from digital platforms to packaging, signage, and social media.
In short: your logo is the face, but your brand identity is the full personality.
A Full Logo suite is a collection of different versions and variations of a primary logo, designed to be versatile and work across various platforms and applications. It ensures brand consistency and recognizability, regardless of the medium or context.
Key components of a logo set:
- 1. Primary Logo
  - Description: The main, full version of your logo. This usually includes both the logo mark (symbol) and the brand name (wordmark). It's the most detailed and complete representation of your brand.
  - Usage: This logo is best used for large-scale branding, like on websites, signage, business cards, and promotional materials.
  2. Secondary Logo
  - Description: A simplified version of your primary logo. It might drop certain elements or have a more condensed layout, making it more versatile and easier to use in tighter spaces.
  - Usage: Good for situations where the primary logo might be too complex or large, such as smaller marketing materials, letterheads, or emails.
  3. Submark / Brandmark / Icon
  - Description: The most simplified version of your logo, typically just the symbol or a minimalistic, abstract form. It's perfect for social media avatars, favicons, or small-scale use where text wouldn’t work well.
  - Usage: Typically used for social media profiles, app icons, product tags, and any other small-scale spaces where the logo needs to be quickly recognizable.
There are three branding packages for you to choose from, Strategy, Logo & Branding, and a Full Brand Identity package. You can view them each in more detail on our services page.
In our Branding package we provide you with a detailed brand guidelines PDF. This document outlines the fonts aligned with your brand, including links for purchasing and/or downloading them (desktop version - .otf file, web version - .woff2 file). It's important to note that for legal compliance, you will be required to purchase the font licences for your brand fonts in order to have your own license to use them. (Please set aside $10 - $50 for font purchases). If you have further inquiries on this matter, feel free to reach out to us!
We believe in cohesive branding and that work best when we're able to start fresh. When you try to piece together different elements from existing branding, it can often look disjointed, which ultimately doesn't speak to your ideal audience.
Yes! Once the final payment is made, you’ll have full rights to use your logo and brand assets however you like.
We do retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or on social media unless otherwise agreed.
Yes! And we highly recommend it for a cohesive launch.

We design using Squarespace - flexible platforms that allow you to make basic updates without needing to code. You’ll be able to update text, images, and blog posts if necessary.

I want you to have the power once I’ve designed your website for you. On other platforms, you need to hire people to keep up with the SEOs or constantly do updates, and the last thing you want is more overheads.
There are no ongoing design fees from me unless you request additional updates or maintenance. However, all websites do require a few recurring costs to stay active and online.
These fees are paid directly to the platform providers and are separate from your design package:
Domain name
You’ll need to purchase a yearly domain registration if you don’t already own one for your business.
Website hosting
Squarespace requires an ongoing monthly or yearly hosting subscription, which you’ll need to purchase to keep your site live.
Stock images
Some stock imagery is free, but not all. If you’d like custom or premium images for your website, just let me know and we can discuss options.
Copywriting
Website copy isn’t included in my web design packages, but I’m more than happy to guide you, review your content, and help you refine your writing along the way.
You're welcome to provide your own copy and images, but we can help with that too. We offer website copywriting as an add-on service, and can recommend photographers or assist with stock image sourcing if needed.
We do incorporate fundamental SEO strategies into our web design process to ensure your site is optimised for search engines. For more extensive SEO assistance beyond our standard practices, we recommend collaborating with specialised SEO companies. This partnership ensures a more comprehensive and tailored approach to meet your specific SEO needs.
I offer a Website Reboot Package upon request! This service is exclusively for Squarespace websites that are ready for a fresh, elevated look.
